LA PLATA, Md. (March 16, 2010)—The Thomas Stone High School varsity boys’ basketball team will compete against Millford Mill Academy of Baltimore County for the title of Maryland 3A state champion at 3 p.m., Saturday, March 13, at the Comcast Center at the University of Maryland in College Park.
The Cougar team advanced to the state finals after winning in a semi-final game against James Hubert Blake High School of Montgomery County last night. The team competed in the semi-finals as the regional 3A champions.
