St. Mary's County Sheriff's Reports


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Dec. 13, 2008) - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office on Friday released the following incident and arrest report.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT: On December 11 at 7:20 p.m., Deputy T. Seyfried responded to a residence in Hollywood for the report of a domestic dispute. Investigation revealed the victim and suspect were involved in a verbal dispute inside the residence. The victim attempted to leave the residence and entered her vehicle. Robert Lacey, age 29, of Hollywood, followed the victim to her vehicle. Lacey then used his hand to break the side window of the vehicle causing glass to strike the victim. The victim sustained minor lacerations as a result of the glass breakage. Lacey was located inside the residence, placed under arrest without incident, charged with assault 2nd degree and incarcerated in the Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
