ANNAPOLIS (July 14, 2008)—Governor Martin O’Malley on Friday swore in Mark R. Frazer, D.D.S., to the Maryland Higher Education Commission. Dr. Frazer, a Calvert County resident, is the former Mayor of North Beach and has served as Calvert County Commissioner.
Currently, Dr. Frazer, a Dentist, is in private practice and also serves on the Trial Courts Judicial Nominating Commission for District 12 – Calvert and St. Mary’s Counties.
