During the operation six subjects were checked for proper identification and were of legal age to purchase alcoholic beverages.

Closer investigation revealed the bottle to be a Michelob beer bottle with a small quantity of beer still in the bottle. Joseph William Medley Jr., age 49 of Lexington Park, was charged on a criminal citation for possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage. The driver of the pick up truck was issued a citation for driving on a suspended license.
