WASHINGTON (April 14, 2008)—Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Gary Roughead last Thursday announced that Rear Adm. (lower half) Steven R. Eastburg is being assigned as vice commander, Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md. Eastburg is currently serving as commander, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division/assistant commander for research and engineering, Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md.
