LEXINGTON PARK, Md. (April 1, 2008)—Potentially live military ordnance was discovered in donated military artifacts at the Patuxent River Naval Air Museum Tuesday afternoon. The ordnance was discovered by an employee of the museum.

Ten local firefighters and Deputy State Fire Marshall William Potts responded to the museum warehouse. Personnel from the Patuxent River Naval Air Station also responded.
