MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (March 31, 2008) - The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

VANDALISM: On Saturday, March 29, 2008 at 10:38 am, Tpr. D. Brill responded to the 21000 block of Rodine Way in Lexington Park for the reported Malicious Destruction of Property to a motor vehicle. Upon arrival contact was made with the female complainant who advised unknown suspect(s) spray painted her blue Ford Fusion. Neighborhood checks were conducted with negative results. The investigation continues.

ILLEGAL DRUGS: On Sunday, March 30, 2008 at 1:00 am, Christopher Brian Clausen, 23, of Lexington Park was arrested by Tpr. J. Pilkerton for possession of CDS - not Marijuana. Mr. Clausen was operating a tan Buick LeSabre on Route 235 north of Pegg Road in Lexington Park when he was stopped for exceeding the posted speed limit. During the course of the traffic stop Mr. Clausen was found to be in possession of a prescription drug not prescribed to him. Mr. Clausen was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was detained pending a bond review.

ACCIDENT, SUSPENDED LICENSE, ILLEGAL DRUGS: On Sunday, March 30, 2008 at 4:16 am, Tpr. N. Gresko arrived on the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Route 234 at Big Chestnut Road in Clements. Contact was made with the operator, David Casillas Uribe, 34, of Avenue. A routine MVA check revealed Mr. Uribe's driving privileges are revoked and suspended. Mr. Uribe was taken into custody. A search incident to the arrest revealed Mr. Uribe was in possession of a baggie of Marijuana. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review.

WARRANT ARREST: On Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at 5:45 pm, Chlonn Williams, 36, of Brandywine was arrested by TFC P. Trossbach on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-12296) for Violation of Probation / Driving under the Influence. Mr. Williams was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was detained pending a bond review.

WARRANT ARREST: On Thursday, March 27, 2008 at 10:55 am, James R. Owens, 43, of Bryantown was arrested by TFC E. Evans on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-12782) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on April 4, 2007. The original charge was Disorderly Conduct. Mr. Owens was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was detained pending a bond review.

WARRANT ARREST: On Friday, March 28, 2008 at 4:45 pm, Charles William Madison, 33, of Mechanicsville was arrested by Tpr. M. Adams on an outstanding Arrest Warrant (T3-13314) for Fleeing and Eluding, Obstructing and Hindering an Investigation, Driving on a Revoked License and False Statement to Police Officer. Mr. Madison was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was detained pending a bond review.

WARRANT ARREST: On Friday, March 28, 2008 at 5:50 pm, Steven Edward MacNulty, 22, of Lexington Park was arrested by TFC M. Laney on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-13331) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on March 21, 2008. The original charge is Driving Uninsured Vehicle and Driving without a License and Authorization. Mr. MacNulty was taken to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review.
