LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Jan. 3, 2008) - The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following outstanding warrant arrest reports.
On Tuesday, December 25, 2007 at 9:18 am, Joseph Leon Davis, Jr., 28, of Lexington Park was arrested by Tpr. C. Evans on an outstanding Arrest Warrant (T3-13090) for possession of CDS not Marijuana and Theft under $100.00. Mr. Davis was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was detained pending a bond review.
On Tuesday, December 25, 2007 at 11:15 am, Joseph Cephas Harrod, Jr., 46, of Lexington Park was arrested by Tpr. C. Evans on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-13103) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on October 19, 2007. The original charge was Violation of Probation for DWI and Driving on a suspended license. Mr. Harrod was taken to the St. Mary's County Detention Center pending a bond review.
On Wednesday, December 26, 2007 at 9:45 pm, William Joseph Kemp, 48, of Leonardtown was served an Arrest Warrant (T3-12765) by Tpr. J. Pilkerton at the St. Mary's County Detention Center for First Degree Escape where he was being detained on other charges.
On Thursday, December 27, 2007 at 8:00 am, Robert Corey Lentz, 21, of Callaway was arrested by Tpr. B. McCartney on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-13215) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on December 21, 2007. The original charge was Theft under $100.00. Mr. Lentz was taken into custody as a result of a routine traffic stop when he was arrested for DWI/DUI by TFC M. Laney earlier that morning.
On Friday, December 28, 2007 at 12:59 am, Charles Glenwood Johnson, 34 of Lexington Park was arrested by TFC M. Moore on an outstanding Circuit Court warrant (T3-13217) for Failing to Pay Court imposed Fine. The original charge was for speeding. Mr. Johnson was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was held pending bond review.
On Monday, December 31, 2007 at 1:35 pm, Lois A. Doyle, 41, of Mechanicsville was arrested by TFC J. Fleetwood on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-13089) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on October 11, 2007. The original charge was possession of CDS not Marijuana and CDS paraphernalia. Ms. Doyle was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was held pending a bond hearing.
On Monday, December 31, 2007 at 1:35 pm, Lois A. Doyle, 41, of Mechanicsville was arrested by TFC T. Quade on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-13088) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on October 11, 2007. The original charge was possession of CDS not Marijuana and CDS paraphernalia. Ms. Doyle was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was held pending a bond hearing.
On Tuesday, January 1, 2008 at 4:55 am, Billi Jean Cartwright, 40, of Lexington Park was arrested by TFC K. Lashley on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-13220) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on December 28, 2007. The original charge was driving on a suspended license. Ms. Cartwright was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was held pending a bond review.
