MSP Reports for Calvert County


PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (November 1, 2007) - The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

THEFT: On Oct. 22, the owner of Central Air, Keith Ln., Owings, reported that an unknown culprit had stolen an 8’x 4’ Prem trailer, black in color, from his lot. TFC Bowling is handling the investigation.

SHOPLIFTING/POSSESSION OF HEROIN: On Oct. 23, 3:15 PM, TPR Laziuck responded to the Prince Frederick Giant for a shoplifting complaint. Investigation revealed that Curtis Lee Millsap, 22, of Owings, had left the premises with 15 DVD’s that he had not paid for. Incident to arrest, a search of the vehicle produced CDS paraphernalia containing suspected heroin residue. Mr. Millsap was transported to the Prince Frederick and charged with theft (-$500) and possession of heroin and CDS paraphernalia. After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On Oct. 27, 2:46 PM, Rt. 4, Lusby, TPR Towers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The operator, Tracy Ann Christensen, 42, of Lusby, was subsequently arrested for DUI. Incident to arrest, suspected marijuana and CDS paraphernalia were located in the vehicle. Ms. Christensen was then additionally charged with possession of marijuana and CDS paraphernalia. After processing, she was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
