St. Mary's County Sheriff's Report


LEONARDTOWN, Md. - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department today released the following incident and arrest reports.

Charles Glenwood Johnson (Age 33 of Lusby, Maryland) was arrested on an open warrant for Violation of Probation. The arrest was made by Deputy William Watters.

Matthew Lucas Smith (Age 29 of Scotland Maryland) was arrested by Deputy Ronald Maloy on an open warrant for Failure to Pay Child Support.

Mary Lee Little (Age 42 of Lexington Park) was arrested through an open warrant from Calvert County for Fraud, Theft Scheme over $500.00 and Credit Card Fraud. Deputy Ronald Maloy.

Dale Lee Buckler (Age 39 of Mechanicsville) was arrested by Deputy Chad Hartzell for Violation of Probation.

Montreal Arnaz Wade (Age 32 of Springfield Virginia) was arrested by Deputy Angela Muller for an Order of Body Attachment through the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County.

Bruce Allan Curtis (Age 22 of Prince Frederick, Maryland) was arrested by Deputy Elizabeth Trossbach on a Grand Jury Indictment for Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Cocaine with the intent to Distribute. The investigation was conducted by the Bureau of Criminal Investigation Narcotics Division.

Vera Lea Garner (Age 27 of Laplata, Maryland) was arrested for Failure to Appear in the District Court. The arresting Officer was Deputy Christopher Byrd.

Felix Gregory Reed (Age 47 of Mechanicsville) was arrested by Deputy Jason Graves on a Grand Jury Indictment for Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Cocaine with the intent to Distribute and possession of a firearm while trafficking Narcotics. The investigation was conducted by the Bureau of Criminal Investigations Narcotics Division.

Lawrence Alan Chase (Age 22 of Mechanicsville) was arrested by Deputy Mark A. Smith for an open warrant related to two (2) counts of Second Degree Assault. A search incident to arrest revealed Suspect Chase was in possession of a baggy marijuana.

Sheriff's Office Deputies responded to the Mattress Corner in Lexington Park for the reported Armed Robbery. All of the initial evidence and information was turned over to Detectives with the Bureau of Criminal Investigations for further investigation.

Lashonda Nicole Clyburn (Age 26 of California, Maryland) was charged by Deputy Joseph LaBrack on a Criminal Summons for Theft Over $500.00 and passing worthless check. The value of the check is more than $900.00.

Michael Cameron Brown (Age 33 of Mechanicsville) was charged on a Criminal Summons for Assault Second Degree. Deputy Kevin Somerville was the charging Deputy.

Carol Tyler Walker (Age 58 of Lexington Park) was charged on a Criminal Summons with passing a worthless check by Deputy Earl Young. The value of the check was more than $115.00.

Deputy Elizabeth Trossbach served a Criminal Summons on Michael Andrew Dorsey (Age 37 of Mechanicsville) for the offense of Telephone Misuse.

Sheriff's Office Deputies responded to a Loveville Store for a reported Armed Robbery. Evidence and information recovered by the original responding Deputies was turned over to Detectives from the Bureau of Criminal Investigations Division.

Deputy Michael George responded to a reported domestic dispute. Upon his arrival he found that Juana Cecilia Rodriguez (Age 26) had struck the male victim in the face and leg with a set of keys. One Count of Assault Second Degree was charged.

Raymond Anthony McDowell (Age 28 of Lexington Park) was arrested by Deputy Marci Faulkner for Burglary, Theft and Property Destruction. Suspect McDowell destroyed a sliding glass door and entered a Lexington Park residence, stealing more than $1,000.00 worth of property. Some of the property was recovered.

Richard Glenn Smith (Age 41 of Leonardtown) was charged on a Criminal Summons by Deputy Joseph LaBrack for possession of marijuana.

Kimberly Ann Welch (Age 32 of Mechanicsville) was charged on a Criminal Summons by Deputy Anthony Whipkey for Prostitution.

John Robert Garner (Age 25 of Leonardtown) was charged on a Criminal Summons for Violation of a Protective Order. Deputy Kevin Somerville was the arresting Deputy.

James Anthony Tippett Jr. (Age 19 of Hollywood, Md.) was charged on a Criminal Summons by Deputy J. Kirkner for possession of Cocaine.

Vernon Edward Eldridge (Age 54 of Lexington Park) was charged on a Criminal Summons for possession of cocaine and a related smoking device.
