Calvert County Sheriff's Reports


PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. - The Calvert County Sheriff's Office today released the following incident and arrest reports.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Dfc. William Milam responded to Catamarans Restaurant in Solomons on December 3 at 1:35 a.m. for a disturbance call. A crowd of about 10-15 patrons was in the lower level of the establishment fighting with one another. While attempting to control the scene, two individuals, later identified as Latorie M. Harris, 23, of Valley Lee and Ray S. Mason, 38, of Lexington Park were each arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Milam and assisting officers of the Sheriff's Office dispersed the crowd and restored order.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: Unknown suspects damaged a fence and a Lake Ridge sign at Alta Road and Lake Ridge Drive in Sunderland. The damage, estimated at $3,000, occurred sometime overnight between December 2 and December 3. Anyone with information is asked to contact Dep. Kevin D. Hall at 410-535-2800.

PROWLER: A victim reported to Sgt. Brian Koehn that she observed an unknown subject peering into her bedroom window on Long Beach Drive in St. Leonard. The victim stated that just past midnight on December 6 she heard a noise at her window and saw a white male looking in. Sgt. Koehn searched the area but no suspect was located. He will continue the investigation.

CDS VIOLATION: Dfc. Eric Basham conducted a traffic stop on December 5 at approximately 5:00 p.m. on Rt. 261 in North Beach. The driver of the vehicle, later identified as Ivan M. Wilson, 26, of Lusby, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and driving without a license.
