LA PLATA, MD—The Charles County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, September 19, 2006, at 11 a.m. in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room of the Charles County Government Building on a Developers Rights and Responsibilities Agreement for the proposed Town Center South project. The center is a new development consisting of 691 units, 491 apartment units, and 200 townhouses. The development will be located on the corner of St. Patrick’s Drive and Smallwood Drive, in the Waldorf area. The proposal would mitigate for the project’s school and road impacts.

Copies of the Zoning Officer reports are available in the Department of Planning and Growth Management of the Charles County Government Building in La Plata, Maryland.
