Charles Commissioners Appoint Acting Director Fiscal Services

LA PLATA, MD (August 29, 2006) - The Charles County Commissioners yesterday announced the appointment of David Eicholtz as the Acting Director of the Charles County Department of Fiscal Services until further notice. Mr. Eicholtz, who has 25 years of service with Charles County Government, served as the Director of Budget in the Department of Fiscal Services before his appointment. Jenifer Ellin, Senior Budget Analyst, has been named Acting Director of Budget, and Jacob Dyer, has been named Senior Budget Analyst.
