BCI Arrests Stillwell on 8 Outstanding Warrants

Detectives from the Bureau of Criminal Investigations (BCI) located Joseph Allen Stillwell (Age 29 of Annapolis, Maryland) and served (8) eight outstanding warrants on him. Stillwell was returned to St. Mary’s County and is being held without bond. The warrants included charges of Theft Scheme under $500.00, (4) Four separate counts of failure to appear, Driving while revoked, Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle as well as Theft under $100.00, Theft under $500.00 and Forgery and uttering false documents.

A recent report on St. Mary's Today Online identifed "Joey Stillwell" as a "possible suspect" in the Robert "Bobby" Phipps Murder that took place in Charlotte Hall yesterday. However, Lt. Alioto of BCI confirmed that the Joseph Stillwell arrested today was never a suspect in the murder. Mr. Stillwell reportedly turned himself into authorities when he learned that he was wanted for the outstanding warrants.
