Alleged Burglar Can't Kick the Habit


St. Mary's Patrol Officers responded to a possible burglary at a Lexington Park business. Upon arrival Officers noted the front window had been smashed. St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office K-9 Yanic responded and entered the business. Hiding inside was Suspect Ronald Strain (no fixed address). He was arrested and charged with burglary. Suspect Strain is out on bond in St. Mary's County for a string of burglaries he had been arrested for and is currently waiting trial on those charges. Additional charges are pending a State's Attorney and Grand Jury review.
