Calvert Trooper Apprehends PG Man Wanted for Murder


On 4/12/2006 at approximately 1500 hrs, TFC Whipp responded to a trespassing call at 1129 Conner Court in Prince Frederick. During the investigation, he encountered Wayne Marcell Louis, a 24 year old black male from Forestville, Prince George’s County. A wanted check revealed that Louis had an active warrant for his arrest through the Prince George’s County Police Department for First Degree Murder. Louis was taken into custody and brought to the Prince Frederick Barrack. Detectives from the PG Co. Police Department came to the barrack and took Louis into custody.

Detectives from PG County and Calvert County Sheriff’s Department had searched unsuccessfully for Louis the night of 4/11/06 after receiving information that he was in the area.
