On 03/18/2006 at approximately 0210 hours, Deputy Timothy D. Reese initiated a traffic stop on Three Notch Road in California. The driver was identified as David Brian McKalvia, age 38 of California. Dep. Reese detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage on the breath of Mr. McKalvia. Mr. McKalvia failed to satisfactorily complete field sobriety tests and was subsequently placed under arrest and charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.
