Andre Lamont Barnes Violates Protective Order Against 29 Y/O Woman


On March 3 at 2:15 a.m., Officer C. W. Stufft responded to Lamont's Bar at 4400 Livingston Road in Indian Head for a report of the destruction of property. Investigation revealed Andre Lamont Barnes, 35, of Waldorf, violated a protective order by pushing a 29-year-old Waldorf woman who was inside the bar and by yelling at her. Per the protective order, he was not to have any contact with her. Barnes also shattered the driver's side window of the woman's car in the parking lot. Barnes was charged with violating a protective order, second degree assault and destruction of property worth less than $500.
