Charlotte Hall Crack Bust Nets 7 Arrests


BCI Narcotics Detectives, assisted by the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Services Team, executed a search and seizure warrant in the Charlotte Hall area. The search warrant was as a result of a two (2) month long investigation whereas the residence was identified as a location for the sale of crack cocaine. Approximately $500.00 worth of cocaine, numerous items of paraphernalia, more than $4,800.00 in cash and a 1995 Ford van were seized.

Several persons were inside the residence and found to be in possession of either cocaine, paraphernalia or both and charged accordingly.

Manuel John Wilson age 50 of Mechanicsville

Angelo Pickeral age 45 of Charlotte Hall

Richard Isaac White age 34 of Bryan’s Rd Maryland

Vickey Dorthen Edlen age 39 of Charlotte Hall

James Edward Scriber age 48 of Charlotte Hall

Angelo Cordidelia Pickeral age 45 of Charlotte Hall

Additional charges are pending a Grand Jury and State’s Attorney review.

The St. Mary’s County Bureau of Criminal Investigations is an investigative team comprised of Detectives from the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office and the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack. The unit was established on July 1, 2003 and is based in Leonardtown, Maryland.
