On Jan. 29 at 1:57 a.m., Officer W. Christian attempted to stop a 1989 Buick Rivera for speeding on southbound Indian Head Highway. The driver refused to stop until reaching Bumpy Oak Road, where the driver fled the vehicle on foot. Three passengers remained in the vehicle. Officers searched the vehicle and located cocaine. The passengers were identified and will be charged at a later date. The driver was not located.
