DC Man Arrested for Marijuana After Routine Traffic Stop


2/22/05 11:36 a.m. A vehicle traveling southbound on MD Rt. 925 at Holly Lane was stopped for window tint violation. Upon contact with the driver an odor of burnt marijuana was emitting from the vehicle. A probable cause search revealed suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia on the passenger, Damien Christopher Small, 24 years, of Washington, D.C. Mr. Small was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was incarcerated in the Charles County Detention Center pending a bond review. Tpr. W.
