SDFC Timothy Butler was on routine patrol when he spotted a driver operating their vehicle erratically on Rt. 246 in Great Mills. SDFC Butler stopped the vehicle and identified the driver as Catherine M. Littlejohn. Ms. Littlejohn was subsequently arrested and charged with DWI.
