Ex Parte Violation in Lexington Park


On 12/16/05 Dfc. J. Molito and Sdfc. S. Myers responded the Fox Chase Apartment Complex to serve an Ex-Parte on Brian Jordan, of Lexington Park. After service of the Ex-Parte Protective Order Mr. Jordan refused to comply with the order and was placed under arrest after a brief struggle. Mr. Jordan was subsequently transported to the Detention Center, charged with Violation of a Protective Order, and incarcerated pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
