On Nov. 7 at 7:29 a.m., a 1999 Chevrolet Suburban driven by Susan Ann Jennings, 43, of Waldorf was stopped on Middletown Road for the flashing red traffic signal at Marshall Corner Road.

As the driver proceeded through the intersection, her vehicle entered the path of a Charles County school bus traveling east on Marshall Corner Road and the vehicles collided. The Suburban then struck a 1993 Honda Civic stopped on Turkey Hill Road for the flashing red traffic signal.
