Police Seek Suspect in Ruby Tuesday's Robbery


On 10/30/05 at approximately 0830 hours an unknown male suspect came to the rear door of the Ruby Tuesday’s Restaurant located in the First Colony Shopping Center in California, Maryland.

An employee inside answered the knock at the door. The suspect then entered the establishment and attempted to rob the restaurant. The unknown suspect was unsuccessful and fled the scene.

The suspect is described as a male wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, and dark pants, and he was average height and weight. The suspect suffered an injury to his left arm/hand area, and the injury may be a bruise or possible broken bone(s).

The St. Mary's County Bureau of Criminal Investigations is actively investigating this case, and is exploring all leads. Anyone with information should contact the Bureau of Criminal Investigations or remain anonymous and Crime Solvers at 301-475-3333 for a possible reward.
