On Oct. 26 at 3:40 p.m., Charles County Sheriff's officers responded to a residence in the 5000 block of Dorchester Circle in Waldorf for the assault report. Investigation revealed a 15-year-old girl assaulted her 21-year-old brother.
The girl was charged with second degree assault and released to her parents. Officer G. Barnhart investigated.
