On Oct. 13 at 11:30 p.m., suspect(s) forced entry into Total Tanning in the Merchant's Square shopping center in the 4400 block of Crain Highway in White Plains and stole tanning products and a safe containing an undisclosed amount of money and fled the scene. The suspect(s) also attempted to force entry into another business in the shopping center, Audiotech, but were unsuccessful. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the Charles County Sheriff's Office at 301-932-2222. Officer C. Walker is investigating.
