On 08/16/05 at approximately 1800 hours, deputies responded to the area of Church Drive in California, Maryland for a reported disturbance. At the scene, Deputy First Class William D. Ray spoke with Dominique Michelle Thomas, 22 years old of Avenue. It was discovered that there was an outstanding District Court issued Attachment For Contempt for Ms. Thomas. She was taken into custody by DFC Ray and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center.
