On August 14th, 2005 at 12:30 am, Dfc Tomlinson conducted a traffic stop on Calvert Beach Road and St. Leonard Fire House, St. Leonard, Md. Based on observations made during the stop, the vehicle operator, Allen L. Parker Jr. 46 years old was placed under arrest for DUI. A search of the vehicle revealed two (2) partially burnt hand rolled cigarettes containing suspected marijuana. Parker was taken to the Calvert County Detention Center where he was charged with possession of CDS.
