Hint to Law Breakers: When You Get a Court Date, Show Up For It


St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office Senior Deputy First Class Kevin Somerville located Suspect James Alphonso Fenwick of Mechanicsville and served a District Court Bench Warrant for Failing to Appear. Suspect Fenwick was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center, charged with Failing to Appear in Court for a charge of Possession of Marijuana and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia and is currently awaiting a court date.

St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office Deputy Anthony Zurvalec located Suspect Beverly Anne Lanham of Indian Head and served her a Charles County District Court Bench Warrant. Suspect Lanham was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and charged with Failing to Appear in District Court for a charge of Driving While Suspended and is currently awaiting a court date.

St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office Deputy Michael Worrey located Suspect William Nathaniel Molock, Jr. of Lexington Park and served a District Court Bench Warrant for Failing to Appear. Suspect Molock was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center, charged with Failing to Appear in Court for a charge of Bad Check and is currently awaiting a court date.
