Calvert Man Arrested for DUI, CDS


On July 3rd, 2005 at 11:45 pm, Deputy Windsor conducted a traffic stop in the area of Rousby Hall Rd. and Olivet Rd. Lusby, Md. Based on observations made during the stop, the driver, Joseph P. Smith was placed under arrest for DUI. A search incident to the arrest revealed a non-conventional smoking device containing suspected marijuana. Smith was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center where he was charged with DUI and possession of CDS and CDS paraphernalia.
