On 06/18/05 Dfc. E. Trossbach responded to the Charlotte Hall area for the reported Assault. Investigation revealed the victim and suspect were involved in a traffic dispute when the suspect pulled the victim from the vehicle and struck the victim by hand. A description of the suspect was given and a check of the area was met with negative results.
