The robberies occurred April 29 at 11:45 p.m. and May 5 at 12:45 p.m. in the parking lot of Food Lion at 3200 Old Washington Road in Waldorf. The man approached women who were alone and entering their vehicles in the parking lot. In both robberies, he brandished a handgun, demanded money and stole the victims' purses.
