Officers responded to the boy's house, where they located the boy and Lacey. Both were arrested and charged with Armed Robbery, First- and Second- Degree Assault and Theft Less Than $500. Lacey is being held at the Charles County Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner. The boy was released to his father. Officer J. Long investigated.
