O'Brien Arrested for Back Roads Inn Burglary


On 03-30-05 defendant Denis Daniel Obrien, a 45 year old male from Waldorf, Maryland,was identified as a suspect in one of several burglaries occurring to the t/a Back Roads Inn Leonardtown, Maryland. The subsequent investigation by members of the St. Mary's County Bureau of Criminal Investigations revealed that supect Obrien was responsible for burglarizing the t/a and removing property from same. Suspect Obrien was arrested for his involvement in the burglary and was charged with burglary, theft and property destruction. He was taken before a court commissioner and is currently being held in the St. Mary's County Detention Center on bond.
