Proposed Public Hearing date of February 22 is Postponed
The St. Mary’s County Planning Commission will discuss and reconsider its December 13, 2004 recommendations for the Draft Lexington Park Development District Master Plan at its next meeting on Monday, February 14, 2005, at 6:30 p.m., in Room 14 of the Governmental Center, 23115 Leonard Hall Drive, Leonardtown, Maryland. The public is encouraged to attend and submit comments.
A public hearing will not be scheduled by the Board of County Commissioners until the Planning Commission has completed all reconsiderations. A complete draft of the Lexington Park Development District Master Plan, including any and all changes as a result of the Planning Commission’s reconsiderations, will be available to the public at least 15 days prior to the date of a public hearing. Copies of the current draft document and any subsequent amended versions can be obtained on the County website, at all County Libraries, and in the County’s Public Information Office.
