St. Mary's County Police Report for December 28, 2004, Part II


On 12-28-04 St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office Deputy Angela M. Muller located Suspect Steven Detamore and served him a Bench Warrant for Failing to Appear in Court for a Preliminary Inquiry Hearing. Suspect Detamore was arrested, transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and charged with two (2) Failing to Appears for a Preliminary Inquiries on 10-22-01 & 11-03-04. Suspect Detamore is currently awaiting a court date.

On 12-28-04 St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office Deputy DFC John W. K. Cusic located Suspect Shonita Nicole Somerville and served with a Warrant for Failing to Comply With a Peace Order. Suspect Somerville contacted a female victim on 12-03-04 and in doing so she failed to obey a Peace Order Stating that she was not to contact the victim. Suspect Somerville was arrested, transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was charged with Failing to Comply with a Peace Order. Suspect Somerville is currently awaiting a court date.

On 12-28-04 St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office Deputy DFC John W. K. Cusic located Suspect Cierra Ladale Clemons and served her with a Warrant for Bad Check. Suspect Clemons wrote a check in the amount of $52.48 to the Peebles Department Store without sufficient funds to cover the check. Suspect Clemons was arrested, transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and charged with Bad Check. Suspect Clemons is currently awaiting a court date.
