On 12-27-04 St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office Deputy First Class John W. K. Cusic located Suspect George Houston Russell and served a Bench Warrant for Failing to Appear in Court. Suspect Russell was arrested, transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center were he was charged with Failing to Appear. Suspect Russell is currently awaiting a
