Thomas F. McKay, President, St. Mary’s County Board of Commissioners, will be attending President Bush’s two-day Economic Summit on Wednesday, December 15 and Thursday, December 16, 2004 at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, D.C.
Commissioner President McKay is one of only two elected County representatives from Maryland invited to attend the White House Conference on the Economy, which will include six panel discussions on the State of the Economy, tax codes, legal reform, healthcare, social security, and job training.
“The issues that will be discussed affect all citizens. I am honored to be able to attend the President’s Economic Summit and expound on the knowledge of the Bush Administration as I continue to serve the people of St. Mary’s County,” said Thomas F. McKay, President, St. Mary’s County Board of Commissioners.
