St. Mary's County Police Report for December 07, 2004


On 12-07-04 St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office Deputy DFC John W. K. Cusic located Suspect Robert Matthew Roh and served him with a Criminal Summons for Theft Over $500. Suspect Roh allegedly stole sand and gravel the property of Richard Hayden without paying for the property. Suspect Roh was arrested and charged with Theft Over $500. Suspect Roh is currently awaiting a court date.

On 12-07-04 St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office Deputy DFC John W. K. Cusic located Suspect Casey Lynn Beach and served her with a Criminal Summons. Suspect Beach allegedly stole her mother's credit cards and used them to make fraudulent purchases. Suspect Beach charged gas at Wawa, clothing at Wal-Mart, and food at McDonald's and Arby's having a value of $500 or less. Suspect Beach was arrested and charged with Theft Less Than $100, Theft Less than $500, two (2) counts of Credit Card Steal Anothers, Credit Card Forge Charge, and False Credit Card Charge Goods. Suspect Beach is currently awaiting a court date.

On 12-08-04 St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office Deputy Michael R. Worrey located Suspect Ashley Lynn Saxon and served an Arrest Warrant. Suspect Saxon allegedly wrote a check in the amount of $30.29 to the St. James Store & Deli obtaining property or services without sufficient funds to cover the check. Suspect Saxon was arrested, transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and charged with Bad Check. Suspect Saxon is currenlty awaiting a court date.
