St. Mary's County Police Report for August 31, 2004


Great Mills Pool personnel observed someone in the wooded area near the pool carrying a rifle. St. Mary's County Deputies responded to the scene. Sgt. Daniel D. Alioto detained a juvenile in the Bay Ridge development who was observed dressed in all camouflage carrying a gun. The gun was later identified as a BB gun. The juvenile was also carrying a knife under his camouflage clothing. The juvenile was arrested and charged with carrying a deadly weapon.

On 08-30-04, DFC Richard W. Russell served a Criminal Summons on Andrew Bertram Rothwell for Trespass on private property, the Speedy Clean Car Wash.

On 08-29-04, DFC William D. Ray served a Criminal Summons on David Anthony Debeltz for Bad Check presented to Fairland Market, Inc. in Hollywood.

Deputy Angela M. Muller served several Criminal Summonses on the following individuals: Stacey Synnette Nelson for Burglary 1st Degree, Robert Edward Blake for Theft under $500, Mary Elaine White for Burglary 1st Degree and Maurice Delante Stoney for Burglary 1st Degree.

SDFC Kevin D. Somerville served a Child Support Warrant on Joseph M. Malloy for Fail to Pay Purge and Fail to Comply with a Court Order.

DFC Richard W. Russell served a Criminal Summons on Troy Derek Christopher of Lexington Park for Bad Check presented to Wal-Mart.
