Calvert Sheriff to Conduct Operation Seahorse on Aug 24

The Calvert County Sheriff plans to conduct Operation "Seahorse" during the first day of school on August 24th, 2004. The operation will target aggressive drivers and violators of Maryland’s traffic laws. The objective is to slow motorists down and to encourage them to pay attention to their surroundings. A similar operation conducted in 2003 met with great success.
