St. Mary's County Police Report for July 24, 2004


On 07/23/04 SDFC Diane Thompson served a warrant on Christian Cody of Wicomico Shores for Possession of CDS: Marijuana and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia.. This was a result of an investigation conducted on 07/16/04 were Mark Krenzler was arrested for CDS.

On 07/23/04 Deputy Jay Kirkner responded to Mattingley Gardiner Funeral Home for a reported property destruction. Investigation revealed that unknown persons attempted to break open the Coca Cola machine beside the business.

On 07/23/04 SDFC Diane Thompson responded to the Dash In Rt. 5 Leonardtown for a reported Fraud/Theft. Investigation revealed that a suspect came into the business and represented himself as a delivery man. He presented a bill from a company doing repairs to the gas pumps and was paid. The suspect is described as a black male mid 30's 5'8" 170 lbs wearing a polo shirt and gray pants.

On 07/24/04 DFC Robert Russell responded to the Wawa Great Mills Road for a reported property destruction. Pamela Myers reported that she had an argument with her boyfriend Richard Allen Rodola while at Point Lookout State Park. After the argument she went for a walk, upon returning she discovered that he had broken all of the windows to her 1988 Toyota Camry and fled the area. Warrants were advised.
