Safe Kids/Safe Dogs Project


The Charles County Department of Community Services announces the Piccowaxen Community Center's Safe Kids/Safe Dogs Project on Wednesday, June 25, from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. The Piccowaxen Community Center is located at 12834 Rock Point Road, Newburg MD.

This program was founded by Karen Peak of West Wind Dog Training and teaches children what they need to know to reduce the chance of being bitten by a dog. This is a free program and is open to children ages five through eight. Registration is due by June 20 and can be turned in to any Charles County Community Center.
