Amber Owens of Mechanicsville and Tyler Copsey of Mechanicsville were married on Saturday, July 16, 2016 in Charlotte Hall . The bride is the daughter of Elbert J. Owens Sr. and Nellie N. Owens. The groom is the son of Helen M. Copsey and Jay L. Welch.
