Tina Marie (Wynn) Van Cleaf, 64, formerly of Waldorf, MD passed away Saturday, March 21st, 2020 at her home in Colonial Beach, VA. She was born September 16th, 1955 to her parents James and Mary Evelyn "Joyce" in Anderson, Indiana joining her older siblings Judy and Jimmy.

Throughout her life, Tina relished all aspect of family life. She was loved for her vibrant personality and the attention she gave to everyone she met (especially babies). She attended Friendly High School, before marrying the love of her life William Van Cleaf Jr. She was the proud mother of two boys, Billy and Mike Van Cleaf, as well as adoring grandma to Devin, Lauren, Ryan, Shelby, Kayleigh, Kade and Garrett.

Tina spent her life giving to others. She worked in health care and as baby sister, until being employed at a 7-11in Waldorf. Eventually she would go onto manage the store for many years, and there was no stranger who walked through her store doors. She enjoyed her great-niece Kayla, while waiting for her own grandchildren to come along. After her retirement, Tina looked after her grandchildren and worked hard to spoil them rotten, much to their parent's dismay. She enjoyed watching them navigate life, especially her granddaughters who brought new extra circular activities to watch. She loved all her grandchildren and they each were her "favorite". When not enjoying them, she loved to gamble and laugh with sister Judy or hold court at family cookouts reminiscing of the good old days, especially with brother Jimmy.

Tina is survived by her husband of 46 years Bill, siblings Judy (Cecil) Rickett and Jimmy Wynn, sons Billy (Jessica) and Mike (Jennifer) , grandchildren Devin, Lauren, Ryan, Shelby, Kayleigh, Kade Van Cleaf, Kaitlyn Wilson, Marianna Wilson, & Garrett Buckler as well as brother-in-law's Eddie (Gail) and Tommy (Jo) Van Cleaf. She'll be missed by many adored nieces and nephews and friends. She is preceded by her parents James Wynn & Mary Evelyn "Joyce" (Lomax) Pipich, sister-in-law's Mary Bartlett and Betty Collier, and loved nephews Matt and Curtis Rickett.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the family will have a private visitation, service and burial. A Memorial Mass be held in her memory at a later date. The family requests that in place of flowers donations be made to St Jude's, as Tina enjoyed all babies.
