Linda Marie Scranage, 65, of La Plata, MD, passed away on July 16, 2019 at Washington Hospital Center. Linda was born on March 17, 1954 in Washington, DC to the late Daniel J and Dorothy L (Gray) Swann, Sr. Linda was a Naval Police Officer for over 20 years at the Naval Base in Indian Head prior to her current position for the last 11 years as an Emergency Dispatcher at the Navy Yard.

In addition to her parents she is predeceased by three brothers, Daniel J. Swann, Jr., David M. Swann and Sterling Swann. Linda is survived by two sons, Lawrence M. Scranage and his wife Rajindar and Troy M. Scranage and his wife Crystal; three grandchildren; two brothers, Dwayne A. Swann, Sr. and Rodney B. Swann and two sisters, Joan Swann and Janet Scott.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, July 26, 2019 from 9:30 AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at St. Ignatius Catholic Church, 8855 Chapel Point Road, Port Tobacco, MD 20677. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens, Waldorf, MD. Arrangements by Raymond Funeral Service.
