Steaks - Perfect Marinade

No kidding - this is the perfect marinade!

1 part soy sauce
1 part rice vinegar
2 parts teriyaki sauce
Garlic powder to taste

Mix together well and marinade steaks for at least 1 hour, overnight if possible.
