Rock Creek Foundation for Mental Health
The Rock Creek Foundation provides a psychiatric rehabilitation program for adults who are developmentally disabled. Clients must be fully diagnosed as being Developmentally Disabled and mentally ill. Most clients are referred from community agencies. Applicants may fill out an application in the office. They will then be evaluated to see if this program fits their needs. | |
