Solomons Civic Association (1972) is a nonpartisan, nonpolitical, nonprofit, and nonsectarian organization dedicated to stimulating interest in, and promoting the general welfare of the Solomons Area. The SCA sponsors the SOLOMONS ISLAND FESTIVAL held annually on Labor Day Weekend.
